一毛不拔的人很多，可能真的是他没有钱，或者小气或有其它原因。我哥前一段和我说，他的几个哥们在一起吃饭，杨总从来都是白吃，从来没抢着买单过，从一个老板现在过度到送快递了。几个抢着买单的，一个比一个发展的好，生意越做越大，不管在哪个方面，舍得舍得有舍才有得，格局决定你的将来

一毛不拔还斤斤计较的人，就是人品的问题了，你要是出钱了，点评一下还可以，自己花钱买的，一毛不拔连说话的权利都没有，别人的付出，好与坏跟你一毛钱关系没有，你没权利说三道四

斤斤计较的人无论什么事，无论在哪，都不会消停的。我有个表姐就这样，谁家有事她都评论一下，亲戚聚到一起从来不出钱，看见谁家的老人和孩子，也从来都没有表示过，就连去饭店吃饭，她都能在很多事上计较，身边有这样的人，真的很无奈，有时会让你觉得很没面子的，没办法，亲戚断不了

如果是朋友关系，还是尽量远离吧，这样性格的人格局太小，自私自利，不管哪方面以占到便宜为主，从来不考虑别人的感受，不懂得谦让。思想观念有问题，只看到眼前的蝇头小利，做事畏手畏脚，成不了大气候的

#原创回答#:别人的语言攻击，挖苦取笑，就像题主所说，估计还是源于自身的不善言词和自卑有很大的关系。从心理学的角度讲，自卑是一种轻视自己，觉得自己不如人的痛苦体验。自卑感甚至瞧不起自已，只知己短不知己长，缺乏应有的自信心，多数人办事无胆量，习惯于附和，没有主见。久而久之，就会越来越封闭自已，逐渐会磨损了胆识，魄力和个性。

但是，陷入自卑深渊的人也不要灰心。只要摆正心态，有时候一点点自卑也能促使人走向成功。记得人道主义威特:波库说:"每个人的内心深处都有一种灵性，凭借这一灵性，人们得以完成许多丰功伟业。这种灵性是每个人内心深处的一股力量，即维持个性，也是对抗外来侵犯的力量”。它就是人的“尊严"和“人格”。

• 自卑需要的是自救，也需要良师益友去帮助开导，更需要在现实的生活中，人际关系的交往中，果断地抛弃，清除那些劣友才行。

一个人的真正价值，并不是他有多少财富，真正的强大，是能否从自我设置的陷阱里超越出来，人生真正能够解救我们的，只有我们自己。要知道，“上帝只帮助那些能够自救的人”。敢为人先，敢上人前，增加信心，提升自我，这就是你战胜自卑的最佳良药。
